Job Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, supervise total Security system of the factory & other land or properties of HATIL.
• Coordinate safety measures in case of any incident/accident at the Factory.
• Respond to any emergency situation & develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
• Provide vulnerable report to top management.
• Supervise patrol team in the factory premises to monitor proper security system.
• Arrange Physical Training (PT) for the security guards on regular basis.
• Identify security initiatives and standards.
• Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Retired Non Commissioned officer (Army/Navy/Air-force) is required.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Computer operation in MS Office.
• Receiving, dispatch data entry and English, Bengali standard typing speed.
• Knowledge about security compliance.
• The candidate must have the mentality to stay near factory premises.
